Parmesan Pita Crisps
This is great recipe for a snack or even a get together. Easy to make for one -- or make more batches and share with friends.
Ingredients
- Whole-wheat pita
- Cooking spray
- 1/8 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray
- Cut pita in half horizontally
- Cut each pita half into six wedges
- Divide the wedges evenly over baking sheet
- Lightly coat wedges with cooking spray
- Sprinkle cheese and pepper evenly over wedges
- Bake at 350° for 11 minutes or until crisp
Pair it with some delicious homemade hummus or salsa and you are good to go!!
