What is a Challenge Group?

A challenge group is a 30, 60, or 90 day challenge that is held and ran on a close and private group on Facebook.  Only the challengers participating in the group and the coaches can see the content posted in the group. 
The challenge group will provide you with accountability, motivation, and all the tools necessary to HELP you SUCCEED in your new fitness journey.

The purpose of my challenge groups are not only to transform your body, but to keep you committed for long term success.  I focus on changing your entire life.  These challenge groups will allow you to focus on clean eating, meal planning and prepping, recipes, accountability, motivation and me as your coach!
This group well get you to start leading a healthy lifestyle that is 100% doable.


What do I need to join a Challenge Group?

You need a few things in order to be a part of my next challenge group.


 1) A Beachbody Program

Here is the best part, you get to choose ANY exercise program YOU want.  Not sure which one to choose?  That’s OKAY, I am here to help you.  We will work together to find a program that will help you reach your goals and align with your lifestyle. There is a program for EVERYONE.  All the programs are different with varying intensity levels and types of workouts. Each program will come with a nutrition guide that you can follow. You will also get a schedule that let's you know which workout to do on what day.  Talk about easy-peasy!




2) Shakeology 


Shakeology is a dense superfood that will be your healthiest meal (and in my opinion the most delicious) of the day! Keep in mind that 80% of your results will come from your diet and nutrition. Shakeology ensures that at least one of your meals will be on track for the day. There will be a major emphasis on making sure to fuel the body during the challenge group.  Shakeology is not just another protein shake! 3)YOU!


Change your mind, change your life!  Attitude is everything so I need you committed to the challenge! An open mind and positive attitude are a must.  You might have to step out of your comfort zone, and it will be okay! Change happens outside of your comfort zone and if you are working for something you have never had, you’ve got to be willing to do something you have never done.  You need to be willing to work and participate in the group daily. I want LONG TERM success and that comes with changing your WHOLE life not just your eating habits. I will provide you with all of the tools necessary to be successful, but YOU are the one who is in charge of implementing those tools. YOU are in charge or your success.
